Who makes these products?

We are manufacturers of Banarasi and Kanchipuram sarees. We make all the sarees you here in our own looms.

Does the product look same as the website?

Yes, the product will look same as the website.

Although we strive for perfection, please expect a variation of 5-10% in color because of the changes in lighting used for photography or the dying process.

How do I preserve my sarees?

Pure silk sarees require an extra care.

  • Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Wrap them in soft cotton or muslin cloth to allow airflow and avoid moisture buildup.
  • Refold the sarees every few months to prevent creases from becoming permanent.
  • Keep them away from naphthalene balls, as they can damage the fabric, and use silica gel packets instead to absorb excess moisture.
  • For long-term storage, avoid plastic covers, as they can trap humidity and cause discoloration.

Do you make custom designed sarees?

Creating a new design for a single saree is expensive and time-consuming, which is why we do not accept custom design orders.

Do you stitch blouses?

Sorry we don't.

How do I clean my sarees?

Instead of cleaning at home, we always suggest dry cleaning from an expert.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping inside India.

Do you have international shipping?

Yes, we ship globally. Only shipping within India is free. Our customer care executive will contact you once you place an international order to discuss shipping.

What are the custom and import duty costs?

Customs and import duties vary by country and must be covered by customers. Please consult your country's customs department for further information.

What happens if I missed my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, the courier partner will attempt to contact you again. Typically, they make 3 delivery attempts.

What additional costs do you charge?

Our pricing is transparent. The price on product pages is what you pay at checkout, with no additional tax or hidden costs. Shipping within India is free.

Can I return my saree?

We have a transparent return policy. You can read in detail here.

How do I get my refund?

Upon receiving the product, our quality team will conduct an examination. If the issues raised are valid, a refund will be initiated. Please allow up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your bank account.

Do you offer COD?

Yes we have COD option.

Do you offer EMI?

Yes, you can choose credit card or debit card EMI during checkout.

Pre-book & block sarees

Can I pre-book and block a saree?

Yes, you can pay 30% and prebook a saree. We can keep the saree aside for a maximum of 30 days.

Wholesale

Do you wholesale?

Yes, we are manufacturers of Banarasi and Kanchipuram sarees. We supply to shops, boutiques and stores.

Minimum order quantity is 20 sarees.

Do you have a physical store?

Since we completely deal online, we do not have any "physical store".

However, if someone wishes to see the product before buying, we do have an option of video shopping.

We have appointment-based visits available for bridal customers in Kochi.
