Return and Refund Policy
At Devtha Sarees By Gopika LLP, we take great care to ensure that every product you receive is of the highest quality. Each saree goes through strict quality checks before dispatch.
Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a full replacement.
To claim a replacement, a full package opening video (from unboxing to showing the defect) is mandatory. This helps us assess and resolve the issue quickly.
Please note:
- Claims without a package opening video will not be accepted.
- Replacement is subject to verification of the defect.
You must contact us within 7 days after receiving the saree (delivery date) to claim the refund.
We offer the return within 7 business days. All approved exchanges and replacements will be completed and delivered within 10 business days. In case of a refund, it will be credited to the original payment method within 10 working days.
No Returns or Exchanges for Color or Preference Issues
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- "I didn't like the color."
- "The saree color doesn't suit my skin tone."
- "I assumed the color to be something else."
Please understand that saree colors may vary slightly due to lighting during photography or screen resolution. We make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible.
Also, expect a slight variation of 5-10% incase of color customization orders.
